The problem

Small businesses need a modern website but face agencies with vague quotes, long timelines and money paid up front for something they haven't seen. The whole model puts the risk on the buyer and the labor on a person per project — neither scales.

What I built

• From one intake it scrapes the client's existing site and online presence, then AI generates a complete demo — unique per client, not a template swap — live within 24 hours.
• Flips the risk — the client sees their own, personalized site before deciding, so the pitch is the product, not a slide deck.
• The whole pipeline (scrape → AI-generate → spawn → CRM) runs solo, at scale — the asset is the system, not the billable hours.
• Runs on Cloudflare's free tier — near-zero cost per demo, so handing every prospect a free custom build actually scales.
• Changes via chat — the client asks, a human implements. No dashboards to learn.
