A German timesheet app for the phone — work time, travel, breaks and overtime stamped in seconds, exported as PDF or CSV for the boss.
The problem
Anyone paid by the hour has to prove those hours, and the proof usually lives on a paper sheet or in a spreadsheet nobody enjoys. Travel time, statutory breaks, overtime windows and night premiums each have their own rules — and at the end of the month someone still has to turn all of it into something a boss or an accountant will accept.
What I built
- Stamp in and out with one tap. The drive there and back are their own time windows that count into the total, exactly like the paper sheet — and every entry stays editable afterwards, so forgetting to stamp is not a disaster.
- Breaks in 30, 45 or 60 minutes, overtime and a night premium that start at a time window you configure, and a monthly limit that carries overtime into the next month.
- Export as PDF or CSV with the same columns as the paper sheet — for the boss, for WhatsApp, for the accountant.
- Zettel, a voice assistant that creates and edits days by speech, with a confirmation step before anything is written.
- Free to start: day-stamping costs nothing. Premium unlocks the full archive, the exports and Zettel.
- Ten languages, and a backend that runs self-hosted on an EU server rather than on a US cloud.

The result
Live at deinstundenzettel.de as a web app that runs on iPhone and Android — free to start, Premium at €3.99 a month or €24.99 a year, cancel anytime. Native App Store and Google Play builds are announced on the page as next, with the same data and the same login.
